    Senior Yoga encourages and uses the traditional Yoga poses adapted to meet the special needs of a mature body.

    Senior Yoga celebrates and develops a pain-free range of movement.

    Early Morning Class

    Early Morning Yoga challenges the body, breath, and mind.

    Classes start online or in-person at 5:30am. The class will see you work gently through yoga movements, ending with a Savasana resting pose at 6:15am.
